All Wawry portable power stations (100W, 200W, 300W, and 600W models) purchased directly from Wawry.com are covered by a 1-year limited warranty starting from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions.
2. π§ What We Cover
During the warranty period, Wawry will, at its discretion:
- πΉ Repair the product using new or refurbished parts
- πΉ Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit of the same model if repair is not possible
Our goal is to ensure you receive a fully functional and reliable product as quickly as possible.
3. β What is NOT Covered
This warranty does not cover issues caused by:
- Misuse, abuse, accidents, or negligence
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Improper maintenance or handling
- Natural disasters or external damage
- Theft or loss
- Normal wear and tear, including gradual battery capacity reduction, which is expected in lithium battery products over time

To request warranty service, please follow these steps:

- Include your order number and a clear description of the issue
- Provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email)
- If requested, send photos or a short video showing the issue
If a return is required, our support team will provide full instructions for shipping the product to our service center.
